Hi, I’m Grace! I’ve been in real estate for over 19 years, helping many first-time home buyers and repeat clients find their dream homes within their budget. I’m dedicated, hardworking, and passionate about guiding people through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives.

I truly enjoy working with first-time home buyers. I deeply appreciate their trust, and I make it my priority to guide them through the process with as little stress as possible. In a competitive seller’s market, things can feel overwhelming — but with patience and perseverance, the right result always comes. I make myself available 24/7 to support my clients every step of the way.

For sellers, proper pricing is key. When a home is priced accurately, it doesn’t stay on the market long.  I have the experience to evaluate the market and list your home to attract the right buyers quickly.

I was born in the Philippines and moved to Canada in 1990. Since then, my life has continued to evolve in beautiful ways. Outside of real estate, I enjoy traveling, writing, and paddle boarding.  During my downtime, I’m working on three children’s books and a New Age book inspired by my personal journey and spiritual experiences.
